Welcome to Maitland Martial Arts Academy, the only female owned and operated martial arts club in the Hunter Region.

​At Maitland Martial Arts Academy we believe it is never too late to start learning karate! We have Traditional Japanese karate classes available for both kids and adults and we love seeing mums, dads and even grandparents participating and being great role models for their children and have even more fun than the kids while doing so!

​In the modern world we live in, martial arts training can teach the students life saving skills in the form of self defence training as well as honing their reflexes and instincts to defend themselves when needed.

​We are sure that everyone who joins this dynamic and exciting martial arts club will immediately feel like part of the family and will thoroughly enjoy their journey into the world of martial arts.
